On the other hand 747 Motorsport – TM Racing Factory’s Van Den Bosch soldiered on in the Italian rain to take two runner up finishes. In Andorra last year the Frenchman was third.
Second on last year’s Andorran podium Lazzarini struggled in Italy but the HM Honda Racing man is ready to make up with a strong outing in Pas de la Casa in order to chip away at the gap from Hermunen.
The Finn of the Husqvarna CH Racing Team is second in the Championship and together with VDB is the only rider to have taken back to back podiums since the season opened in Viterbo.
Rigo Racing Suzuki’s Seel is a solid fourth in the Championship right ahead of Chareyre.

The French domination of Adrien Chareyre continues as the Husqvarna CH Racing man took victory even at round three of the series adding on the previous two wins. Now the defending Champion leads the points standings and is on route to take his third career Title.
Runner up Gozzini of 747 Motorsport – TM Racing Factory will try his best to stop him and snatch the lead. The Italian took his first season heat win in Latina but is still 22 points behind Chareyre who won last year making it a unique one-one with brother Thomas. The duo then went on to win again the S1 and S2 Grand Prix in Busca 2008 and Latina 2009.
Gozzini instead was second on last year’s podium in Andorra ahead of Delepine, with the Belgian being currently on top form. The Husqvarna Cross2R man has been taking back to back podiums in Great Britain and Italy and will be in to chase his first season win this weekend.
Youngsters of Italy Gaspardone and Borella complete the top five ahead of the experienced trio Chareyre, Gozzini, Delepine.
Iddon, fourth last year in Andorra, is seventh in the Championship.

Round four of the UEM SuperMoto European Championship will get underway this weekend with the S3 and Open classes.
At Latina Karanyotov of Bulgaria snatched the S3 leader’s spot from young gun Kevin Wuerterle who will be on a mission to get back to the top. Janina Wuerterle instead is third in the Championship after taking her maiden podium in Latina.
Monticelli tops the Open class points standings after winning Latina. The Italian is followed by countrymen Porfiri, on the podium in round three, and Dall’Era.
