KAYSERI-ERCIYES (Turkiye) 15 March 2025 – The second round of the FIM Snowcross World Championship in Türkiye delivered some electric battles under difficult conditions. Melting snow made the Erciyes track even more challenging, making racing lvery technical and forcing riders to carefully time their moves.
The opening Final 1 saw Aki Pihlaja (Lynx) grab the holeshot, launching into the lead while Elias Ishoel (Ski-Doo) quickly settled into second. The melting track made passing extremely difficult, but Ishoel stayed close, waiting for the perfect opportunity. His patience paid off when a yellow flag incident occurred just after the finish jump. Using the moment to his advantage, Ishoel made slight contact with Pihlaja and managed to push into the lead after four laps. Once ahead, he controlled the pace and secured the victory.
In Final 2, Pihlaja responded with a commanding win, crossing the line ahead of Ishoel, who was unable to replicate his earlier move. Mille
