Winners of the Kobil Rally of Tanzania, James Whyte and Philip Archenoul of Zimbabwe on the podium of the opening round of the 2010 African Rally Championship.
KOBIL RALLY OF TANZANIA – SUNDAY 21ST FEBRUARY 2010 END OF RALLY – 15H05
Zimbabweans James Whyte and Phil Archenoul lead from start to finish to win the Kobil Rally of Tanzania this afternoon conclusively starting their defence of the ARC title in 2010 driving a Subaru Impreza.
Rwandan Giancarlo Davite and Sylvia Vindevogel came second only 27 seconds behind totally enjoying his new found speed in the ARC series after the win in the 2009 Rwanda Rally in his Subaru.
Final podium position was taken by Rwandan Fitides Christakis and Guy Dekelver also in a Subaru.
